Do you offer custom sizing or fit guidance?
Yes. Many pieces can be adapted based on size, measurements, and the overall look you want. We confirm what is possible for each design before you place the order.
How do I place an order?
Start from the catalog and use the Order now button on any available item. It opens a small window with WhatsApp, email, and Instagram options while carrying the product code and catalog price into the conversation. We then confirm availability, sizing, timelines, and the next step for payment.
Are the discounts on the catalog final?
The catalog currently uses sample offer presentation so you can see how the original price, savings, and current price will appear. Final order pricing is always confirmed directly with the studio.
Can I visit the studio in person?
Yes. You can visit us at B27, Sarlabagh Extension, DayalBagh, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282005. Monday to Saturday timings are 10 am to 7:30 pm, and Sunday timings are 10 am to 5:30 pm.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on whether the piece is ready inventory or needs customization. We share the expected timeline before you confirm the order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Customized items are generally not returnable unless the delivered item is materially different from the confirmed order. Ready inventory queries are handled case by case after reviewing the product condition and the timing of the request.
