Orders are confirmed only after payment as communicated by Ruhani Creations by Sumati. Partial advance may be required for custom outfits.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on logistics and customization. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control.

Returns and Exchanges

Customized items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect. Return/exchange approvals for ready inventory are handled case-by-case within the communicated window.
