Custom or made-to-order work may require an advance payment. Order processing starts only after payment confirmation.
Custom pieces are limited
Customized pieces are generally non-returnable except where the delivered product materially differs from the confirmed order.
1. Product display and catalog presentation
The website is intended to present current and recent styles, reference pricing, and brand information. Colours may vary slightly based on lighting, screen settings, or photography.
2. Availability and order acceptance
Products shown on the site are subject to availability at the time of inquiry. An item is not reserved until the studio confirms availability and the order details have been accepted directly with you.
3. Pricing and customization
Catalog prices may be revised depending on size changes, design changes, custom work, or add-on finishing. Sample discounts shown on the site are for catalog display planning and do not substitute a direct order confirmation.
4. Payments
Payment terms are shared directly during order confirmation. For custom work or specially prepared pieces, full or partial advance payment may be requested before work begins.
5. Delivery and timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates. Ready inventory, customization, transport conditions, and courier timelines can affect the final schedule. The studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside reasonable control.
6. Returns, exchanges, and issue reporting
If you believe an item was delivered damaged or materially incorrect, notify us as soon as reasonably possible with photos and order context. Ready inventory concerns are reviewed case by case. Customized orders are generally non-returnable unless the studio confirms a clear issue with fulfillment.
